With many moves, the complete start-to-finish project management is just more than you need and more than you’ve budgeted for. Yet, many of my clients tell me that what they really need is just someone to come in to walk them through the process and to guide them along the way. Many of my clients are happy to do most of the leg work of meeting with vendors and getting bids, but more often than not, when it comes to finding movers, IT firms, and other service providers, they don’t even know where to start!
GCS Move Management has 40 years in the commercial moving market, and for those clients whose moves just don’t warrant complete project management, we offer our GCS Guidance Systems! What we do is charge a simple $1000 flat fee for an ongoing consultation.
What do we provide?
- An in-person assessment of your move where we identify all of your needs in detail. We’ll pick up needs that you weren’t even aware of!
- We’ll write a scope of work, and if warranted, an RFP.
- We’ll give you a list of qualified vendors that can assist you with moving, technology disconnect/reconnect, workstation tear down and build, and racking installers
- We’ll help you build a timeline for your move so that you know what’s happening and when.
- Once you have those bids in, we’ll sit down with you and review the bids with you so that you know that you’ve made the right choices.
